TNASYLUM RETURNS IN JANUARY 2024
Following the rebrand of Impact Wrestling to TNA Wrestling this past October, Impact Asylum will follow suit and be returning to its "TNAsylum" name shortly. The original TNAsylum was created in May 2010 and has been the haven for TNA/Impact Wrestling fans for the last fourteen years, making us one of the longest-running TNA themed websites ever.
TNAsylum was a platform for many personalities who grew to other areas related to the wrestling industry. Our site interviewed a number of TNA-related faces. We were responsible for breaking news for many years that other websites attempted to replicate. During our first year, we averaged one TNA-themed column per day.
Now clearly, just as the TNA of 2024 is not the same as the old one, neither will our site. However, the past few years, we have created a loyal and passionate community of fans who regularly comment, contribute and watch the show. We know we can't replicate the original as the landscape has changed.
With that said, our goal this year is to embrace the site we have become and provide more content and engagement for our readers. To that end, our goals this year moving forward are:

With that said, our goal this year is to embrace the site we have become and provide more content and engagement for our readers. To that end, our goals this year moving forward are:
- Impact Weekly will become TNA Weekly. This thread will continue the lineage of Impact Weekly and will be the main area of discussion with our TNAsylum readers often breaking TNA-related news for their colleagues. We intend on compiling the news for the week into the main post for our readers to be able to review and keep up with all things TNA.
- The Live Discussion for TNA shows will continue. While there are extra hiccups for the TNA Impact Show on AXS having numerous viewing times, segmenting discussion, the ability to discuss the weekly episodes as well as Live PPVs with fellow TNA fans remains a favorite component of our site.
- Our readers are often responsible for sending in spoilers from TNA Tapings. We intend on compiling those results and posting them to the main post, providing credit to our readers. As often is the case, you will get an early sneak peek/preview of shows on TNAsylum before they even air.
- This year will see the return of editorials and original content. TNAsylum was responsible for creating a number of editorial formats that became a favorite of our readers. These editorials will include an open door policy for our readers to create Guest Columns. We will also be providing interactive components by allowing our readers to participate in roundtable columns.
- The level of interaction will grow. Starting with Hard to Kill, we will be doing monthly PPV Prediction contests. We will be increasing the number of polls/surveys for the comment section. The Year-End Awards will be bigger than recent years.
- This year will be the return of the TNAsylum Pioneer Award. Previously awarded to AJ Styles, Jerry Lynn and Raven, the Pioneer Award recognizes the contributions of the wrestlers who helped pioneer during the early days of TNA Wrestling.
This list is subject to change and is not all encompassing. We are excited about what 2024 brings to TNA Wrestling and we are happy to be along for the ride. We hope our readers are as well.
Please stay tuned to TNAsylum.net in the near future.
