The Days May Be Gone, But They Are Not Forgotten
Fast forward and we see a different landscape. Granted, TNA has some good matches. From time to time they even have great matches. But, this is a far cry from what we used to receive on a regular basis. As TNA slowly strangled the life out of the X-Division, my heart began to match the beat of the lifeless division. For too long, TNA dangled the few talents that remain, like carrots in front of a mule. Giving just enough to make us believe that things could be, would be different. Now, the competing companies are starting to offer things that TNA used to give us regularly. That carrot has gotten much less appealing. As someone who’s invested so much of himself into TNA, I want it to be them, not the newcomers, or the old empire attempting to find their next vein of gold, to catch fire and revitalize what they used to do so well. Look at where we are at. TNA has tried many things. They’ve stepped away from what made them successful. Like the prodigal son, they’ve strayed in search of fame and fortune, not knowing that what they already had was what made them rich. There’s over a million of us out there, fan’s who’ve tuned out. It’s not too late to give them what it is that they used to have. It’s not too late to right the ship. TNA, it’s up to you. It’s up to you to restore the hallowed institution of the X-Division to its former glory. There’s still a flame there. As much as you’ve tried to quench it, it’s still alive. Let it breathe, fan it. Fan it to flame, TNA! Make the X-Division great, again.
